When: First Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. However, when the date fixed for a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the day following. If additional business arises during the month, then a mid-month meeting will be scheduled. The mid-month meeting is usually held on the third Wednesday of the month.
