Progress Starts Here
"In 2013 I ran for office because our Town Board was not representing the people. We've seen the same problem with the County. Too many politicians have forgotten who they serve. I promise to always place our residents first and to ignore the parties, personal, and special interests. We must work together to make our government transparent, ethical, and accountable. Politicians are not a "special class" and are not above the law. Let's see a return to public service and deliver real results for the people.
It has been a privilege and honor representing our Town and I'm looking forward to serving residents again in the next term. We may not be able to fix all the problems right away in Washington and Albany but we can make a real positive change locally. Progress starts here."

About this Website:
In my role representing the Town of Oneonta at the County level, I want to remain transparent and keep you all updated about what is happening in Cooperstown. This informational website will add to our continuing conversations at Town and County Board meetings. Your feedback is also important so, please, reach out to me. You are also welcome to call or stop by my law office on Chestnut Street.
This year, the County Board Chair has appointed me to four committees: Health and Education (which I Chair); Public Safety & Legal Affairs; Administration; and Budget. These committees concentrate on some of the issues most important to me and to you. Thank you for your interest in this website and for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Andrew
Otsego County Representative
